Use Luna eclipse.remote to fix build

Use Luna eclipse.remote to fix build

The API in eclipse.remote has changed significantly in Mars so our code doesn't
compile anymore. Since this is not a trivial fix, we will use the Luna version
until we make it work with the Mars version.
