    * ldmain.c (main):  Error if --gc-sections and
        dyanmic linking.
        * scripttempl/v850.sc:  Add KEEP attribute to .init,
        .fini, .dtors and .ctors.  Add .data and .text
        wildcards to support section garbage collection.
