* hppa-tdep.c (hppa32_cannot_fetch_register)
(hppa64_cannot_fetch_register): New functions.
(hppa_gdbarch_init): Set cannot_fetch_register appropriately.
* hppa-tdep.h (hppa_regnum): Add HPPA_CR26_REGNUM.
