ld testsuite fails with default-PIE compiler

* testsuite/ld-plugin/lto.exp (pr12758.exe): Add NOPIE_LDFLAGS.
* testsuite/ld-unique/unique.exp: Add NOPIE_LDFLAGS to unique
executable and dynamic executable tests.
