Sync lttng-modules ABI in internal kernel-ioctl.h

This commit bumps the modules minor version number in `kernel-ioctl.h`
and applies the following renames:

define renames:
  `LTTNG_KERNEL_x` -> `LTTNG_KERNEL_ABI_x`
  `RING_BUFFER_x` -> `LTTNG_KERNEL_ABI_RING_BUFFER_x`

struct renames:
  `struct lttng_kernel_x` -> `struct lttng_kernel_abi_x`

No behavior change intended.
