 100         while -T sets the variable bsd_style_output, which causes
 101         output matching Berkeley's gprof.  The biggest differences
 102         are that with the FSF style output, the flat profile comes
 103         before the call graph; numbers come before explanations;
 104         and there is less gratuitous white space.
 105         * gprof.h, gprof.c, printfgprof.c:  New discard_underscores
 106         variable causes discarding of initial underscores when
 107         printing symbol names.  It is set unless there is a "main"
 108         symbol (without an underscore).
 109         * printfgprof.c:  New function printnameonly(), called

 111         as well as C++ name-demangling.
