  96         while -T sets the variable bsd_style_output, which causes
  97         output matching Berkeley's gprof.  The biggest differences
  98         are that with the FSF style output, the flat profile comes
  99         before the call graph; numbers come before explanations;
 100         and there is less gratuitous white space.
 101         * gprof.h, gprof.c, printfgprof.c:  New discard_underscores
 102         variable causes discarding of initial underscores when
 103         printing symbol names.  It is set unless there is a "main"
 104         symbol (without an underscore).
 105         * printfgprof.c:  New function printnameonly(), called

 107         as well as C++ name-demangling.
