* corefile.c (generic_search): Delete disabled code.
* windows-nat.c: Ditto.
(cygwin_load_start): Redefine as CORE_ADDR.
(cygwin_load_end): Ditto.
- (windows_make_so): Coerce result of address arithmetic to to uintptr_t
