* targmatch.sed: Use the hold space to put the #ifdef around the
the string constant.
* targets.c (UNSUPPORTED_TARGET): Don't define.
(find_target): Don't check for UNSUPPORTED_TARGET.
(bfd_set_default_target): Don't try to optimize by checking for
default.
