	* configure.in (AC_CHECK_HEADERS):  Check for link.h.
	* configure:  Regenerate with autoconf.
	* config.h.in:  Regenerate with autoheader.
	* config/i386/nm-linux.h:  Include solib.h only if HAVE_LINK_H
	is defined.
	* solib.c:  Exclude most of the code if HAVE_LINK_H is not defined.
	* config/i386/linux.mh:  Reinstate XM_CLIBS, it is needed for
	older a.out based systems.
