includes coff-i386.c.
* coff-i386.c (i386coff_vec): Allow redefinition of target vector
symbol and name, if TARGET_SYM and/or TARGET_NAME are defined.
* i386lynx.c: Remove coff vector definition entirely.
(lynx_32_swap_ext_reloc_in): Define.
(lynx_32_swap_std_reloc_in): Define, get reloc bits in i386
Lynx-specific way.
