* target-descriptions.c (tdesc_type): Remove
TDESC_TYPE_I386_EFLAGS and TDESC_TYPE_I386_MXCSR.
(tdesc_predefined_types): Likewise.
(tdesc_gdb_type): Likewise. Pass NULL to append_flags_type_flag
if flag name is empty.
(maint_print_c_tdesc_cmd): Handle TDESC_TYPE_FLAGS.
